We are looking for a Brand Executive (Digital) to be an integral part of the NHS SG core business team, contributing to the development of the overall growth across consumers (B2C) and healthcare professionals (B2C) platforms.

A day in the life of...

  • Accountable for the sales turnover of Nestle Health Science products sold in both pureplay (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, etc) . 
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive lower funnel demand fulfilment on both pureplay E-commerce stores and click-and-mortar E-commerce platforms (Guardian online, Fariprice online, etc).  
  • Accountable for both strategic and operational KPIs across NHS digital ecosystem, including on owned and paid assets.
  • Stewardship of owned digital assets including website nestlehealthscience.sg, Facebook page, Youtube Channel, etc
  • Accountable for strategic and operational KPIs in consumers CRM and healthcare professionals CRM
  • Stewardship of touchpoints in consumer journey from 1st party data collecton to sampling to new user recruitment to maintaining consumer loyalty. Includes samples mail outs to consumers, handling consumer enquiries, feedback and compliants across multiple platforms. Implementation of CIAM system for consumer CRM. 
  • Assist with tracking Key Business and Demand Generation levers KPI against targets
  • Assist with maintaining and tracking marketing related spends (PFME) vs budget 

What will make you successful

  • Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in digital marketing and/or E-commerce sales
  • Management Trainee's from Sales & Marketing preferred
