We are looking for a Brand Manager/Senior Brand Manager who will develop and implement the entire consumer marketing programme for brands. This individual will also drive category growth by monitoring brand performance and managing the expenditure of the brand.
A day in the life of...
- Generate compelling consumer insight to develop winning strategies for brands vs competition
- Develop marketing plans in the ICP process by identifying the key opportunities (incorporating understanding on consumers, competition and external environment) and action plans for the brands in line with business objectives
- Manage innovation & renovation based on consumer insights which includes identifying opportunities, product conceptualizing, prepare and implement launch and post evaluation
- Create engaging brand experience through strong Big Ideas at relevant consumer touch points including consumer promotions
- Review the uplift numbers (based on ICP) vs sales forecast and recommend action plans to close gaps
- Monitor & analyse category/brand performance including competitive benchmarking
- Propose optimal PFME budgets for category/brands based on ICP. Ensure all PFME investment is properly reviewed and evaluated
What will make you successful...
- Digital/Communications/Marketing Degree equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management and consumer marketing. Experience in FMCG is an advantage.
- Demonstratable success in building brands based on consumer insights
- Proven experience of driving brand performance and growth
- Experience leading teams as well as managing projects and budgets
- Experience of optimization and testing through analytics and consumer behavior analysis
- Agency Management and Brand management experience is ideal
