A day in the life of...
- Lead the channel thinking of the commercial team in category development, promotion management and Point of Purchase development.
- Perform category analysis, space management with supporting data on shopper research.
- Develop & implement channel strategies with a horizon of 12-36 months and support the marketing teams in developing category strategies and standards for each Channel Category.
- Shopper Ownership through route to market
What will make you successful
- Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent
- 5 to 8 years of category development managerial experience within sales, marketing, trade marketing or commercial functions
- Experience in training: Customer Management Best Practice, Foundation of Strategic Category Marketing & Total Trade Spend Strategy
- Demonstrated business planning & implementation skills (Project Management)
- Possess strong communication, stakeholder management & presentation skills
