- 1-2 years FMCG experience of B2B sales especially in the QSR, Leisure and Catering channels.

The Channel Executive is responsible for driving business growth and managing key accounts within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Catering, and Leisure Attractions channels.
The Channel Executive develops and executes channel-specific strategies to maximize Nestlé Professional's beverage portfolio penetration and profitability across assigned accounts. Key responsibilities include:
- Building and nurturing strategic partnerships with QSR chains, catering operators, and leisure venue clients;
- Identifying and capturing new business opportunities within these Out-of-Home (OOH) segments;
- Achieving sales targets and collaborating with distributor sales teams to ensure flawless in-trade execution
This role requires strong commercial acumen, deep understanding of foodservice industry dynamics, and the ability to deliver customized beverage solutions that meet the unique operational needs of each channel segment.
A day in the life of a Channel Executive...
- Strategy & Execution: Build a successful key account based on customers’ needs - Strategize, Implementation, Coordination and Development. Plan and implement promotional activities that drive our growth in beverages offerings.
- Field Management: Communicate with the Distributor Sales team to achieve desired result and execution in the trade. ie respective channels
- P&L responsibility: Consistantly measure the results of the implemented initiatives and mitigate when P&L is not in line.
What Will Make You Successful...
- Relevant FMCG sales experience especially in the QSR, Leisure and Catering channels.
- Hunter Mentalitily
- Good communication, presentation & PR skills required
- Good understanding of Finance and P&L required
- Keen on understanding Out-of-Home industry trends and the ability to see how Nestle's priorities match the trends and derive new insights and business opportunities from this.
