As a Coffee Sustainability Specialist, you will support program implementation by managing administrative tasks and back-office operations. Your key responsibilities include providing planning and administrative support, ensuring data quality for dashboards, and managing learning needs for the field workforce. This role will be based in Singapore and supporting the Asia & Africa region.
What will be your key responsibilities
1) Provide planning and administrative support to the regional team
• Organise regional team rolling agenda (yearly, quarterly and monthly planning) and support the strategic planning for the monthly operational review.
• Support the team with field trip planning inclusive of all administrative and logistics arrangement.
• Support in consolidating the execution data in the operational master plans (OMP) for the region and follow-up with the respective stakeholders.
2) Ensure internal financial control system is in place
• Collect, control and consolidate flawless traceability files from suppliers.
• Ensure the quality of traceability files from suppliers.
• Ensure compliance of suppliers invoicing.
3) Manage field workforce training needs
• Maintain the agronomist development plan in the Learnability platform.
• Analyse needs and gaps and recommend a mitigation plan as part of operational plan discussions with suppliers.
• Continuously ensure content development and upload in the platform.
• Coordinate the training events.
What your experience should include
• Degree or Master’s degree in agriculture, management, or equivalent.
• Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams and procurement / sourcing back-office experience would be an added advantage.
• Quick learner with strong analytical and collective thinking skills.
• Experience in a multinational, multi-stakeholder environment would be an added advantage.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skill with various stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis purposes.
