We are looking for a Consumer Intelligence Manager to provide internal departments such as Channel Category Sales Development (CCSD), Sales and Marketing teams with accurate and timely Channel, Consumer and Category insights by interpreting and analysing both commercial and market research data to identify commerial opportunities

A day in the life of...

  • Support the Cat. Dev. Mgrs. and Business units by providing local and international category insights from various internal (incl. other Nestle markets) and external sources 
  • Develop the key Shopper Insights Presentation for all categories. Provide relevant (local and international) Shopper Insights to build case for Category 
  • To work with relevant teams to review research needs and requirements by brand as and when needed.
  • To uncover insights that answers a specific topic of interest via meta-analysis and integration of multiple existing sources
  • To independently run small scale research projects, either via corridor tests or in partnership with external panel providers.
  • To coordinate with external agencies (eg. Mintel, Euromonitor, Nielsen etc) to identify relevant trend topics of interest

What will make you successful

  • Good market research knowledge (research design, methodology, questionnaire design), sound analytical thinking, presentation and facilitation skills. A team player with good people and communication skills. 
  • 5 years market research working experience. Combination of brand management / trade marketing and market research experience
  • Bachelor Degree (majoring in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Psychology is preferred.)
