We are looking for a Digital Communication Manager to lead NPP AOA Digital Consumer Communication and Personalization strategy by driving the development and rollout of scale platforms and digital marketing innovation through AOA markets, the integration of digital platforms through high level data strategy focused on data acquisition and utilization, and driving digital growth competencies and expertise at a regional and market level. 

A day in the life of...

  • Lead the AOA Digital ecosystem strategy and embed across AOA markets ensuring commercial value back to the business through leveraging 1st party data. Lead the strategy, development and growth of NPP owned platforms (e.g. websites, D2C, CRM) and data acquisition programs.
  • Lead and facilitate the annual Digital Summit, with the Regional and Market community to showcase global excellence, develop digital/ebusiness /technology market plans and 2-3 year Roadmap. Be the key lead for NPP AOA eBusiness development and growth in the sector between markets, Zone and Vevey eBusiness, driving the ongoing integrated eBusiness Plans.
  • Lead the development of NPP AOA digital data strategy to deliver personalized experiences for our pet owners and increase life time value. Lead Market partners to develop market level roadmaps across all of AOA markets, with specific focus on data acquisition and utilization, integrating data streams throughout our digital ecosystem. 
  • Collaborate with Regional Generating Demand teams as a key expert partner, to develop and deploy digital marketing initiatives and strengthen the consumer lifecycle, personalize experience, generate traffic and drive purchase.
  • Drive and develop digital expertise across NPP AOA on digital channels, digital marketing effectiveness, technologies and platforms, by embedding knowledge, developing strategies and driving training opportunities through agency partnerships, Nestle CoE, digital partners and as the deep subject matter expert.
  • Manage and develop Digital Project manager to deliver against priority platform development as aligned with NPP AOA Roadmap objectives, and Regional Integrated eBusiness Plan. Manage the relationship of agency partners and third party providers, ensuring adoption of JBP benefits and opportunities.
  • Key lead for AOA on global boards for Search, Digital Marketing, Connect & Scale Ecosystem, Data, ensuring opportunities/issues for AOA are escalated and addressed, that global/regional best practices are leveraged to our advantage at a market level, and global solutions are identified and quickly adopted into AOA.

 

What will make you successful

  • Digital/Communications/Marketing Degree
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in digital marketing (Nestle or equivalent) &/or strategic planning, communications, media agency
  • In depth knowledge of digital platforms, technology and data platforms.
  • Proven experience of driving brand performance in digital media
  • Knowledge of digital performance management platforms
  • People management experience
  • Experience of optimization and testing through analytics and consumer behaviors analysis
  • Stakeholder Management & Alignment + Strong networking ability
  • Project & Budget Management
  • Agency Management
  • Brand management experience is ideal
