We are looking for a Key Account Executive to develop and drive Key Account strategy to meet KPIs, manage Field Sales operations for pharmacies, supermarkets & OTC  while driving  demand generation with community pharmacists via omni channel engagement, including face-2-face detailing, e-mailings, webinars, etc

A day in the life of...

  • Develop Key Account strategy to achieve channel KPIs
  • Translate category strategy and develop into channel strategy
  • Drive Business Reviews with key customers
  • Plan trade and customized consumer promotions/price-off/advertised offers
  • Influence customers on planogram initiatives
  • Manage optimum stock level at customers' warehouses
  • Support new product launches with listing, in-store branding and activities
  • Support Integrated Commercial Planning process
  • Execute and track channel performance trade allowance (PTA)
  • Develop promotional plans
  • Review and analyse sales growth/TTS and address gaps
  • Evaluate promotions to ensure cost effectiveness
  • Engage community pharmacists via omni-channel touchpoints to meet SFE KPIs
  • Manage and motivate a team of Field Sales merchandisers to meet SFE  KPIs
  • Forecast and track sales of SKUs in channel
  • Roll-out best in class displays & planogram best practices
  • Execute POP best practices

What will make you successful

  • 3+ year’s key account sales experience within OTC pharmaceutical, pharmacy chain & supermarket
  • Experienced in engaging category buyers at head office of the customers
  • Experienced in developing key account plans (functional skill)
