We are looking for a Treasury Analyst that is responsible to verify the compliance of Treasury-generated operations and maintain the accounting whilst prepare the financial statement for companies under his/her responsibilities (in some locations).

A day in the life of a Middle Office Analyst...

1. Verifies the compliance of operations executed by the Treasury unit (Centre or Regional Treasury Centre) within the approved guidelines / decisions
2. Review day to day transactions executed by Dealers/ Hedge Accounting.
3. Check the Commercial hedging performance reported
4. Daily confirmation of deals and accuracy
5. Perform SWIFT/manual trade confirmation with banks.
6. Follow up and resolve any unmatched deals independently
7. Responsible in arranging SWIFT confirmation setup for regional markets
8. Ensure proper archiving and filling documents to support audit requirements.
9. Preparing and monitoring daily/weekly/monthly/annual counterparty limit report
10. Ad hoc compliance control check for treasury activities/projects
11. Review of internal control process for treasury activities
12. Streamline processes/automation

What Will Make You Successful...

• Education & Qualifications : Degree in Accounting/Finance
• Years of Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Skill Sets: Knowledge of hedge accounting, well verse in Power Automate, Power BI, Data Analytics, SAP, Good Excel/Marco and communication skills.
• Desired Personality Traits: Proactive, initiative, eager to learn, hardworking, able to work in fast pace environment, take pressure, able to meet deadline.
