You will work under the Nestlé Professional AOA (NP AOA) team as a Regional Human Resource Intern. You will gain hands-on experience in the FMCG industry, be coached by the HR Business Partner of NP AOA and have the opportunity to work with colleagues across borders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with the HR team to understand the market business strategy (MBS)
- Conduct research and analysis related to MBS
- Assist in the development of materials and resources needed for MBS
- Coordinate activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and compiling reports
- Prepare presentations and documentation to communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Provide support to the HR team as needed
What could make you successful?
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resource, or any related field of study
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Professionalism in handling confidential HR data
- Ability to start ASAP
- Preferably full-time internship availability, but minimally 3 days per week for part-time
