We are looking for a Training Manager for S.E.A region to be part of our exciting Nespresso team. In this role, you will implement global and develop L&D strategies regionally to support markets in business objectives, organisation development, employee development and performance culture. You will support markets L&D needs and assume the role of an internal L&D consultant to all stakeholders to prepare the organisation for the future.

A day in the life of...

  • Coordinate rollout of global TTT programmes
  • Plan, customise and implement global programmes (including eLearnings) as per given timeline
  • Track, assess and report training effectiveness of global programmes in the markets
  • Develop and implement regional L&D strategies to support business needs, organisation and individual development
  • Deliver Nespresso specific training programmes in markets
  • Support the development of total training plan in the markets
  • Propose and manage L&D budgets
  • Facilitate workshops and build facilitation skill of trainers and subject matter experts
  • Build Trainer community across markets, guide & coach the Trainers and participate in their development
  • Participate in projects assigned by Global L&D
  • Leverage resources from Nestle Singapore, Nespresso HQ, Nespresso global learning community to support learning objectives in the markets
  • Apply ADDIE or equivalent concept to design and deliver training programmes and measure training success
  • Ensure effective use of all learning technologies, including digital to facilitate virtual learning
  • Adopt L&D best practices
  • Build and support the development of an effective learning and development function in the markets
  • Ensure compliance to Nespresso and Nestle HR, L&D, NQMS and regulatory requirements in the markets
  • Ensure communication of all relevant training information to HR BP's and employees market wide
  • Support HR BPs in relevant HR initiatives (PDP, Every day coaching, Career Workshop, etc ...)
  • Enlist and manage external trainers, when necessary to supplement training needs and ensure quality support

 

 

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years development experience at Regional capacity, including other functions experience (e.g. Marketing & Sales)
  • Experience as a Learning Consultant and have proven records to localize and curate training content especially in digital platform would be an added advantage
  • Professional training/development qualification or experience management of professional staff and teams  
  • Have a good level of business awareness and ability to adapt to various business models across Nespresso and/or Nestle
  • Experience in working for a premium brand or multi-national / multi-channel environment with an FMCG mindset would have an added advantage
