We are looking for an eRetailing Specialist to be part of our exciting online journey. In this position, you will be responsible for the growth of Nespresso's business via online marketplaces to achieve business targets, improve new member conversion and provide best-in-class digital customer experience. You will execute all promotional activities and own the day-to-day running of eRetailer platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon) ensuring the availability of product and brand content according to campaigns and product launches. You will track KPIs and sales performance, support the commercial planning and work closely with Marketing on media investment strategy. In addition, you will also contribute to the development / platform enhancements between Nespresso and eRetailer platforms and support assessment new eRetailing opportunities in the market.

A day in the life of...

Own the Day-to-day running of Nespresso in eRetailers (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon)

  • Plan and execute all commercial and promotional activities on eRetailer platforms from stocks management, adaptation of digital and product assets, to setup, test and publish all campaign activities.
  • Assist eCommerce Manager in planning and executing the yearly content, features implementation and promotional strategy for all eRetailers.
  • Plan and execute activities to facilitate the user journey and new member conversion of eRetailers' buyers to Nespresso owned channels
  • Be the main contact to liaise with eRetailer account managers on campaigns, performance and day to day operations and/or queries.
  • Manage and optimise the Nespresso visibility by understanding eRetailers' merchandising tools, shopper path to purchase and by designing the best activation scheme accordingly.
  • Work with Trade HQ team and local marketing team to ensure availability of the latest content (copy and visuals) & products according to Nespresso's brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with local marketing team and performance agency to support in planning the relevant performance marketing activities & media investments to drive visibility and conversions.

 

Develop and maximize the performance of Nespresso digital boutiques in Marketplaces

  • Track and monitor business KPIs focusing on traffic, campaign and sales performance and new member conversion.
  • Monitor and ensure eRetailer platform KPIs are met, working closely with Customer Relationship Centre (CRC) on chat KPIs and Supply Chain on stocks forecast and delivery fulfillment
  • Monitor customer feedback on eRetailer platforms and turn them into actions to optimise for content and sales.                                                 

 

 

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor Degree holder in Business Management or Commercial
  • 2-3 years’ experience in managing eRetailer platforms
  • Possess e-Commerce business acumen, sensitive to local e-Commerce trends and environment
  • Good analytical skills performing sales figures analysis
  • Detailed minded, flawless execution ability, responsible with excellent organization and coordination skills
  • Quick learner, good interpersonal & communication skills to deal with different stakeholders including local, headquarters and external
