  • Fluent in both Italian and English

 

Position Summary

Act as a key reference point for the Local Leadership Team, supporting production areas, optimizing processes, and facilitating problem resolution across the assigned lines.
Participate in engineering and C‑TAG (Category Technology Application Group) projects as a production expert, ensuring proper organization and reporting of test activities.
Monitor departmental variances and escalate critical issues when required.

 

A day in the life of a Process Specialist:

  • Operational & Production Support

-Support the Production Team Leader as a functional reference and backup, conducting daily line walks to collect escalations, set priorities, and review material/performance variances.

-Perform inventory checks based on variance analysis and act as liaison between Accountants and Operators.

-Participate in Daily Operation Review and other key Production meetings (Goal Alignment, Focus Improvement Pillar, WPR -weekly production review-, variance meetings, C‑TAG), executing related actions such as go-see, standards, and coaching.

 

  • Process & Standards Management

-Collaborate with the AWG Leader to manage and update process standards for the lines involved.

-Standardize planned stops and create/maintain changeover matrixes.

 

  • Trials, Tests & Continuous Improvement

-Manage new product development trials with C‑TAG, organize test activities (cost estimation, labor, raw & pack materials), report results, and support standard updates after trials.

-Execute Operational Review actions to ensure continuous improvement.

 

  • Technical Support

-Support Maintenance during overhauls and contribute to ensuring technical readiness of the production lines.

What will make you successful (preferred requirements)

  • Fluent in both Italian&English
  • Preferred experience in manufacturing processes, production lines, or operations
  • Strong communication and relational skills
  • Collaborate proactively with positive and problem-solving approach
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Power BI, SAP
