- Bachelor's degree in scientific disciplines (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Food Science and Technology) or chemical laboratory technician
- A previous experience in the laboratory (food industry will be a plus)
- Fluent in Italian and English
A Day in the life of a Chemistry Laboratory Analyst
- Chemical and physical analysis of food products, water, raw material (from sample preparation to reading and interpretation of results);
- Preparation of solution and management of laboratory materials;
- Use of benchtop equipment (pH-meter, fluorometer, titrations, NIR and others);
- Sampling of raw materials and process intermediates;
- Perform of biochemical methods (ELISA);
- Management of the Internal Control Plan (ICP), monitoring of laboratory instruments, documentation management;
- Verification and validation of chemical method;
- Application of Good Laboratory Practices.
What will make you successful
- Good knowledge of general and food Chemistry;
- Strong orientation towards achieving results through critical analysis of data;
- Good knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook);
- Proactivity, curiosity and Teamwork skills.
