Direct Report to: Head of Corporate Commercial Development Team

 

 

POSITION SUMMARY 

 

Are you ready for your next challenges? Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Commercial Administration and Trade Operations Trainee,  based in our Sofia office, who will  provide all necessary reports for the management and the trade department, as well as collects, analyzes, and enters information and keeps all database up to date.

 

 

A DAY IN A LIFE OF A SALES ADMIN/SALES SUPPORT TRAINEE 

 

  • Sending official communication to trading partners and colleagues.
  • Preparing monthly agreements with trading partners
  • Planning commercial activities in the CRM planning system.
  • Preparing daily and monthly reports (SAP BW and others).
  • Preparing reports and analyses from the BPAID system.
  • Providing administrative support to the sales teams.

 


WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL? 

 

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Independent and autonomous execution of assigned tasks
  • Understanding of business processes and the environment
  • Skills in prioritization and time management
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel)
  • Working level of proficiency in English - Skills in working with SAP
  • Teamwork
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
