Welfare Officer
Position Title: Welfare Officer
Location: Samalkha
Job Purpose:
This role exists to manage employee welfare services and statutory welfare compliance at the factory so that welfare services are delivered consistently and the factory remains compliant and audit-ready.
Job Responsibilities:
Run end-to-end welfare compliance by filing welfare returns, maintaining statutory registers/forms, managing committees/records, handling welfare grievances, and managing NATS/NAPS compliance and required portals (iComply/IACL/Control Manager).
Own canteen administration and hygiene governance including works committee cadence, budget controls, grievance handling, and adherence to FSSAI and company policies.
Manage employee welfare amenities (uniforms, safety shoes, etc) including records management, budget/control, and timely distribution
Operate dispensary and occupational health processes including medicine procurement, budget control, statutory reporting, health check-ups/vaccinations, and complete annual medical documentation for BC and WC employees
Manage welfare services and engagement delivery including transport/vehicles, guest house/hostels, creche upkeep, and planning/execution of visits, events and annual celebrations (sports camp, family day, festivals) as per the welfare calendar.
