Schedule: 1st Shift, 6:00am to 4:30pm (10-hour Shift)
*Subject to rotation Monday through Thursday and Friday through Monday (approximately every 4 weeks)

OVERVIEW:
As a Facilities Maintenance Mechanic, you will play an important role in supporting the overall maintenance and groundskeeping tasks of the factory such as in-depth repairs, sanitation, and aesthetics. You will work extensively within all areas of building maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, building electrical, repairing walls and floors, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for managing the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of non-GMP areas and equipment including front offices, warehousing areas, etc. 
• Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
• Perform routine general HVAC maintenance 
• Manage third-party contractors to schedule and implement necessary repairs, obtain quotes, etc.
• Seasonal exterior work may apply
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 -7 years of facilities maintenance required, GMP experience strongly preferred
• HVAC experience required. HVAC certification strongly preferred
• Plumbing, Electrical and Carpentry experience strongly preferred
• Must have experience and advanced knowledge in installing lights, tile, carpet, metal, and wood framing, drywall, painting, doors, toilets, and grounds maintenance
• Experience working with CMMS systems preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation required

SKILLS:

• Ability to independently develop complex technical plans based on analysis of complex datasets used to identify trends and improvement activities
• Ability to prioritize activities to meet plant expectations and strategic objectives concurrently
