Position summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable IT Business Analyst to join the LATAM Warehouse Management team, helping implement existing solutions and drive new capabilities that support business needs defined in the joint business–IT technology roadmap. As part of the team, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements and leading projects to deploy Nestlé tools. You will also collaborate with our Offshore Development team to build and test new solutions following Agile methodologies.
You will work closely with functional leaders, business-facing analysts, and architects, influencing and shaping their strategies around product adoption, capability development, and user‑experience improvement. A Day in the Life of a Warehouse Management Business Analyst
You will contribute to the development of IT projects within logistics business areas and, when necessary, provide user support. Your responsibilities will include participating in global and regional implementation and enhancement initiatives, acting primarily as a functional expert for SAP WM projects.
- Analyze business needs and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Support the ABAP development team by clarifying functional requirements and performing tests.
- Occasional travel may be required to map new warehouses or provide on‑site support during go‑live.
What Will Make You Successful
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM and WM localization and configuration is essential, along with a solid understanding of operational processes such as internal movements, picking execution, replenishment, subcontracting, intercompany flows, inventory, sales, and returns.
- End‑to‑end knowledge of Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) and Planning‑to‑Produce processes is important.
- Ability to work effectively with virtual teams across different functions and cultures.
- Strong communication skills for managing business stakeholders.
- Experience with integration between SAP ERP (IM) and third‑party WMS solutions is desirable.
- SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus.
- Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written, is required.
