To strengthen the Sales & Marketing’ areas, we are looking for Digital Analyst to complete our Sales & Marketing IT Management Team. Under the supervision and guidance of the Digital FRM, you will be responsible for the deployment and support of one or several products within the Sales & Marketing Product Group as subject matter expert supporting Sales & Marketing solutions and deploying them. Your role is critical to ensuring legal and compliance solutions by exploring new technologies, eradicating business disruptions in operations, and enabling efficiency in Sales & Marketing operations.
 

A day in the life of...

  • Understand business objectives and partner with our marketing and sales leaders, analyzing the range of business and creative needs that our branded digital platforms must serve, to provide technical operational leadership for the digital actions, creating solutions for user interaction, interface design, web site development, social media, mobile integration, eCommerce and emerging technologies.
  • Support local business teams with guidance, advice and recommendations on digital initiatives to ensure best in class solutions and activities and help improve KPIs in the market level.
  • Provide local coordination for assigned global/ regional initiatives to be rolled out in the Market and promote and support rollout of DSU global digital initiatives. 
  • Be responsible of local digital assets (incl Social Media Channels) by ensuring compliance to Nestlé Standards and policies and their protections.
  • Introduce the Digital Development Process by organizing meeting, webinars each time there is new employees or new agencies involved in the launch of digital initiatives in the Market.
  • Act as a two-way channel between the team and Local Communication, Marketing, Sales and LGO, basically being the contact point for "service delivery team".
  • Support businesses on their day to day issues and in case of  bigger question, escalate the point to the Regional contact.
  • Enforcing Guidelines on hosting, security, privacy, mobile, crisis management and ensure compliance of local solutions, systems and data the company’s standards and policies and promote these within the local organization.
  • Be Accountable for Security Scan in ensuring that all web sites are scanned before to go live and that scan result is review by security team.
  • With the Digital FRM, will help to Implement Services and technical project and eCommerce, depending on market business requirements.
     

What will make you successful

  • Computer engineer, systems engineer or related studies
  • knowledge of PHP, HTML, Drupal language
  • Technical knowledge of page hosting, account management
  • Knowledge of administration of web pages, structure and types of hosting
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google TAG and Google Ads
  • Knowledge of agile methods, ideal Six Sigma certification
  • Previous experience and / or knowledge of project management in Sales and Marketing areas
  • Advanced English
  • Ideal: knowledge of CIAM, Salesforce of database management
  • Ideal: Certificate in project management: ITIL, PMP, ITSM
