Position: Business Controller

Main Objectives of the role…

Responsible to ensure proper financial performance of NP business, support business strategy through MBS and OPL process, validate commercial investments, asses new launches, seak for savings initiatives, efficiencies and business models. PFME control monitoring budget , develop dynamic forecast, develop and deliver different reports to support business evaluations and recommendations

A day as business controller…

• Drive Business DCS financial performance through:

- Evaluate commercial spend to optimize ROI.

- Analyze key financial figures (Month & YTD) and provide variance insights.

- Ensure strategic revenue management across businesses.

- Support savings initiatives and improvement projects.

- Prepare financial forecasts and evaluate new products/routes to market.

- Assist business strategies with ad-hoc analysis.

- Manage P&L budgets (PFME, MOGE, PRO).

- Validate and analyze export transfer prices.

- Ensure export profitability, focusing on Haiti and Anglo-Dutch markets.

• Corporate PFME control monitoring budget:

- Create PFME Budget to release to the other Business

- Responsible for Corporate PFME related to Cost center, salaries , and agencies

- Create drivers and communicate to all Nestlé Business

- Dynamic forecast for total Marketing investment consolidated

• Accounting Policies, Procedures and Continuous Improvement:

• Ensure compliance with Nestlé guidelines, instructions and best practices of market related scopes. Establish and maintain market AO policies and procedures. Provide active coordination, ownership, support to JV's in Cuba and Function in driving End to End improvement initiatives.

• Lead and implement  savings  initiatives within the organization to optimize and capture efficiencies
• Support MBP (Montlhy business plan) cycle to ensure accurate forecast and align key deliverables with all areas involved towards monthly sign off
• Approve workflows related to Business budgets: Purchase orders , WBS,  samples to consumer
• Update KPI´s for operational meetings (WOR, MOR, IBO, etc.), and prepare ad-hoc presentations

What makes you successful…

• University/ Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting,
• Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience.
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications - particularly Excel & PowerPoint.
• SAP and Power BI
• Fluent English language is needed.
• Prior Experience in Accounting / Finance (3 years).
