Position Summary

Lead the Nestlé Professional business across the Caribbean Cluster, ensuring sustainable sales and profitability growth by driving commercial strategy execution, full P&L management, and effective integration of multicultural teams.

 

A day in the life of this role…

  • Lead the commercial strategy and business execution across multiple Caribbean markets
  • Manage the full P&L, ensuring financial performance and sustainable growth
  • Coordinate and align cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance)
  • Strengthen and optimize the commercial structure in complex and evolving markets
  • Manage relationships with key clients, distributors, and external stakeholders
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities, including white spaces within the portfolio
  • Lead, coach, and develop multicultural and geographically dispersed teams
  • Represent in regional strategic forums
  • Operate effectively in a dynamic, ambiguous, and transformation-driven environment

 

What will make you successful in this role…

  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • 5–8 years of experience in strategic commercial roles
  • Background in FMCG, retail, or food service industries
  • Proven experience in P&L management and business development
  • Experience leading multicultural and/or regional teams
  • Strong track record in commercial strategy execution, distributor management, and route-to-market
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
