Main objective… 

Leads, inspires, develops, challenges and coordinates market brand communications. Supports marketing and business managers to accelerate strong brand growth.  

                                                                          

A day as Media & Content Manager

 

  • Works with consumer insight teams to sufficiently understand target consumers portrait and then to identify how best to measure the performance of newly created / repurposed assets.                                            
  • Supports the brand owner in the creation of the Brand Essence that will govern everything the brand will say and do.                                                 
  • Collaborates in the creation of the CEF to drive communication that will move consumers from awareness to loyalty and ultimately to advocacy.                      
  • Ensures full adoption of BEP process from creation of the Big Idea brief (including a single minded Ownable Brand Proposition) to execution of the campaign idea for brands.                                                       
  • Masters development of audience and contact point strategies in order to deliver personalized communications that drive brand performance.                      
  • Ensures communications are respectful of Brand Properties and protect the company’s reputation long-term.                                                       
  • Provides guidance to improve communication through packaging design, POP material and services.                                              
  • Identifies commonalities of communication needs and fosters joint campaign developments to serve multiple markets or businesses within a market.   
  • Monitors consumer communications to ensure they are aligned to the guidelines defined.                                            
  • Provides input on the POEM roadmap, championing the philosophy and tools development. Provides best practices for creating and sharing of content.            
  • Supports the development and maintenance of productive and collaborative partnerships with communication agencies. Evaluates them (APRAIS) and works on improvements.                                                                                                                                                                                                                

What makes you succesful

  • 8+ years experience in consumer marketing at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG or advertising agency experience in account management, strategic planning, and / or executive management function. Ideally experience in both.
  • Experience in leading and managing small teams of experts.
  • Recognized expert in brand communication online & offline. 
  • Fluent English
  • Strong Negotiation and communication skills
