Junior Trade Marketing & Office Support Specialist
A day in the life of Junior Trade Marketing & Office Support Specialist
Trade Marketing Activities:
- Support planning and execution of in-store & online brand activation activities across categories and channels.
- Develop and optimize POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) in line with shopper insights and brand strategy.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and agencies to roll out BTL campaigns, promotions, and prize-winning activations.
- Monitor performance and trends, propose improvements, and track budgets and materials.
- Ensure all activities follow internal policies and support continuous business growth.
General Services (GS):
- Be the go-to person for all office-related matters — from welcoming guests and answering calls to managing supplies and facilities.
- Support HR processes, organize travel and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in Sarajevo Head Office.
- Oversee car fleet coordination, company vehicle reservations, and safety training logistics.
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, and expense reporting in cooperation with Finance and relevant teams.
- Act as a key link across departments (IT, SHE, Security, Legal, etc.), supporting various administrative and operational tasks.
What will make you successful?
- Ideally, you have at least 1-2 years of experience in trade marketing, customer management, sales, or related field.
- You have great multitasking skills, as well as strong bussines planning skills.
- You are a team player and result-focused with strong communication and presentation skills.
- You have excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken.
- You are advanced user of MS Office package.
