Sales Executive Nestlé Professional


A day in the life of Sales Executive Nestlé Professional

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors and key customers.
  • Develop and align sales targets with the Sales Manager for assigned customers.
  • Achieve volume and Net Net Sales (NNS) goals for assigned accounts.
  • Conduct regular market visits with distributors and sales representatives.
  • Monitor and report on Nestlé Professional Sales, stock levels, machine performance, and throughput.
  • Track and manage outstanding debts, claims, and bad goods for assigned customers.
  • Prepare weekly RIG/OG proposals and manage TTS budget, including monthly tracking and documentation.
  • Ensure implementation of trade asset management and machine reporting tools.
  • Maintain Nestlé Quality Management standards, including in-cup quality.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, competition, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department on trade activities and PFME budget.
  • Perform pre- and post-evaluation of customer activities to optimize trade fund usage.

 

What will make you successful?

  • Ideally, you have at least 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer management or related field.
  • You have great organizational skills, as well as strong bussines planning skills.
  • You are a team player and result-focused with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • You have excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken.
  • You are advanced user of MS Office package.
  • You have a B level driving license.
