Job Title: Aseptic Filler Operator
The Aseptic Filler Operator is responsible for the operation, cleaning, and routine maintenance of the aseptic filling machines. The filling machine operator is also responsible for online quality control in the form of package integrity checks and making necessary adjustments to machine controls to ensure that packages are perfectly formed, filled, and sealed. The Filling Machine operator ensures that filling equipment, tools, supplies, and work areas are maintained according to applicable GMP standards. This position reports to the Production Supervisor. In the absence of the Filler Operator, another Filler Operator will serve as backup.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH:
- Collection of analytical samples during production as required by customer specifications.
- Operation, cleaning, and routine maintenance of each aseptic filling machine type (A3 Flex, A3 Compact Flex, Bag-in-Box) and associated equipment according to the operator’s manual
- Operation of material handling equipment (Reel Cart, Peroxide filling station, Pallet Jack, etc.) as needed in support of operation of filling equipment.
- General support of plant production and quality as assigned by plant leadership.
- Have knowledge of RF scanning equipment and be able to scan all production material correctly.
- Basic troubleshooting of common filling machine faults.
- Operation, cleaning, and routine maintenance of each aseptic filling machine type (A3 Flex, A3 Compact Flex, Bag-in-box) and associated equipment according to the operator’s manual(s).
- Advanced Troubleshooting of filling machine faults.
- Autonomous Maintenance filling equipment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School graduate or equivalent required.
- Basic command of the English language (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Basic math and computer knowledge and use
- Previous manufacturing experience a plus.
- Demonstrate communication, organization, and listening skills.
SKILLS:
- Have basic mechanical skills.
- Ability to work safely.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and the ability to kneel, bend over, squat, stoop, and carry.
- Ability to work in a warm and dusty environment.
- Ability to organize and plan ahead to maximize job efficiency.
