Maintenance Mechanic – All Shifts 

Seeking a motivated Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. Responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical automation systems.  

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU: 

• All Shifts available: 1st shift 6am to 2:30pm, 2nd shift 2pm to 10:30pm, 3rd shift 10 to 6:30am  

• Schedule with opportunities for overtime.  

• Starting hourly pay of $26, based on knowledge and demonstrated skill. 

• Yearly reviews and raises.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH: 

• Operates, troubleshoots, and maintains mechanical and electrical automation equipment including motor control circuits, drives, and PLC systems. 

• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance, rebuilds, and calibrations according to work orders in CMMS. 

• Monitors equipment performance during production start-up, changeovers, and new installs. 

• Ensures that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are followed and the highest standards for quality, safety, and compliance are promoted.  

• Follows all company policies & procedures as well as the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).  

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Ability to work overtime, irregular hours, or rotating shifts required.  

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school equivalent preferred.  

• 1-year degree in industrial maintenance, electrical, or related field preferred.  

• 1+ years of experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, AC/Servo drives, motors, and controls preferred.  

SKILLS:  

• 1+ years of industrial maintenance experience; food manufacturing experience is helpful. 

• Ability to use electric test equipment and take measurements accurately. 

• Ability to read, interpret, and revise documents such as equipment manuals, policies, instructions, and schematics.  

• Experience with computers including CMMS, Microsoft, and PDF applications. 

• Ability to speak, write, and understand English. Ability to speak Spanish is helpful.
