Warehouse Team Lead – Full Time, 2nd and 3rd Shift   

 

Seeking a motivated Warehouse Team Lead to join our team. Responsible for verifying and maintaining records on incoming and outgoing shipments and preparing items for shipment. 

 

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU: 

  • 2nd Shift: 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM 3rd shift : 8:30pm to 5am (Additional Days/hours as needed).  

  • Starting hourly pay range of $23.17, with opportunities for overtime. 

  • Yearly reviews and raises.  

  • Comprehensive Nestlé benefits after 30 days of employment.  

 

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH: 

  • Monitors incoming and outgoing shipments including verifying information against invoices, orders, or other records. 

  • Performs weekly cycle counts and participates in the reconciliation process.  

  • Ensures proper communication on pre-ops and changeovers between shifts. 

  • Maintains crewing levels to meet or surpass cost targets. 

  • Monitors, trains, and develops new and current employees.  

  • Performs all warehouse functions within each department. 

  • Ensures that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are followed and the highest standards for quality, safety, and compliance are promoted.  

  • Follows all company policies & procedures as well as the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's). 

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Ability to work overtime, irregular hours, or rotating shifts, required.  

  • 6 months of experience operating Crown stand-up forklifts, required.  

  • High School Diploma/GED, preferred.  

 

SKILLS:  

  • Experience operating industrial equipment to relocate products and packages. 

  • Bar coding, automatic data collection, and experience using computer programs.  

  • Previous food manufacturing experience is helpful.  

  • Ability to establish trust and credibility with employees. 

  • Excellent organizational skills with writing and math aptitude.  

  • Ability to effectively present information to management. 

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.  

  • Speak, write, and understand English; Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful.
