Job Description

  • Lead the overall Quality and Food Safety function at the plant, in accordance with Israeli regulations, Nestlé procedures, and international standards
  • Develop and promote a strong end-to-end quality culture
  • Initiate and implement cross-plant proactive processes and actions, including leading the preventive approach in collaboration with the management team
  • Lead failure analysis, investigations, and continuous improvement teams, including handling quality incidents, customer and consumer complaints
  • Provide professional leadership with a deep understanding of processes, data-driven decision making, and both personal and professional management of a skilled, high-performing team
  • Job Requirements
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree – Food Engineering / Microbiology / Chemistry / Sciences
  • Proven experience of 5–7 years in Quality Management within the food / chemical / biotechnology industry
  • Significant managerial experience, including leading cross-organizational projects
  • High level of English – mandatory
  • Knowledge and use of AI tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multiple interfaces and across all organizational levels
  • Leadership, initiative, assertiveness, resilience, and the ability to drive change
