Job Description: Account Associate

 

Position Overview:

The Account Associate is a key member of the Account Management team, providing support to the Account Director and Account Managers. The primary responsibility of the position is to provide customer account-focused support to assist in the achievement of annual sales. The Account Associate is responsible for alignment with the customer account team and customer account systems administration to ensure the smooth operation of the team.

 

Responsibilities: 

Customer Account Team Support & Systems Administration (60% of AA Role)

  • Develop and refine catalog management processes, templates, and SOPs to improve efficiency and data quality.
  • Create, upload, and maintain product listings, ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, attributes, and variations.
  • Optimize product content for Amazon SEO, including keywords, images, A+ content, and enhanced brand assets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agencies (sales, marketing, supply chain, creative) to support product launches, promotions, and inventory accuracy.

 

Auditing/Analysis (Digital Shelf, Catalog, eComm Analytics) (40% of Role)

  • Monitor listing health and resolve catalog issues such as suppressions, stranded inventory, and incorrect detail page contributions.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, category requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct ongoing performance analysis, tracking metrics such as traffic, conversion, Buy Box share, and organic ranking.
  • Maintain brand consistency and support brand protection efforts, including monitoring unauthorized edits or sellers.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and other collaboration tools is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hybrid Workplace: Work location is Seattle, WA and you are required to be in office Tues, Wed, Thurs

The approximate pay range for this position is $67K - $80K base plus annual bonus. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
