This role will be primarily focused on managing, retaining, and accelerating growth with national lodging and hospitality account partners. Leveraging Nestlé Professional Solutions’ broad food and beverage portfolio, we are seeking an experienced and accomplished executive salesperson with a proven track record building mutually beneficial partnerships with hotel brands, lodging management companies, hospitality procurement organizations, and other national account partners across the hospitality ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring direct experience working with lodging customers in the food and beverage space and the ability to translate brand, operator, and guest needs into scalable commercial programs.
In this role, you will be responsible for owning and expanding key relationships with lodging and hospitality partners, including national hotel brands, ownership groups, management companies, and foodservice procurement stakeholders. You will strengthen existing partnerships through contract management, national program development, food and beverage solution selling, and multi-property expansion initiatives. Collaboration with field sales, category, marketing, finance, operations, and customer teams will be essential to ensure seamless execution across national lodging systems and consistent delivery against partner expectations.
Summary of Core Responsibilities & Qualifications
Strategic Lodging & Hospitality Partnership Leadership
- Establish and cultivate executive-level relationships with decision makers across national lodging brands, hotel management companies, ownership groups, hospitality procurement organizations, and food and beverage stakeholders
- Build compelling proposals that connect guest experience, operator needs, brand standards, consumer insights, and financial value through a strong storytelling approach
- Create and execute joint business plans, account strategies, and performance reporting for lodging partners and internal stakeholders
- Source and analyze customer, channel, consumer, and property-level insights to identify growth opportunities and inform business decisions
- Develop deep expertise in the lodging and hospitality channel to serve as a trusted subject matter expert on national account dynamics, food and beverage programming, and operator execution needs
Deal Making
- Manage and execute complex, high-impact partnership agreements and food and beverage programs with existing national lodging account partners
- Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses of hospitality partnerships, including brand fit, property-level scalability, program economics, and long-term growth potential
- Demonstrate strong executive presence, commercial maturity, and negotiation discipline when engaging with senior lodging, procurement, brand, and operator stakeholders
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Program Management
- Lead cross-functional teams across marketing, category, digital, finance, operations, and field sales to analyze hospitality account performance and shape initiatives that can be executed consistently across national lodging systems
- Direct new program implementation, national account rollouts, and multi-property expansion plans while ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities, customer brand standards, and operational requirements
- Serve as the voice of the lodging customer internally and represent Nestlé Professional Solutions externally with hospitality partners, procurement groups, and food and beverage decision makers
Summary of Requirements: Ideal Candidate will have:
- 4-year Bachelor’s degree
- Direct national account sales, strategic account management, or general management experience with lodging, hospitality, premium/luxury, or food and beverage organizations; prior experience supporting national hotel brands, lodging management companies, hospitality procurement organizations, or similar partners strongly preferred (8+ years)
- Demonstrated experience selling, negotiating, or managing food and beverage programs within the lodging and hospitality channel
- National program management experience, including multi-property or multi-unit rollouts across complex customer systems (3+ years)
- Complex contract negotiation experience with national accounts, procurement organizations, or enterprise-level customer partners (3+ years)
- Foundational financial acumen with the ability to evaluate program economics, customer profitability, and long-term partnership value
- Functional knowledge of marketing, operations, finance, customer strategy, and competitive dynamics within hospitality and foodservice environments
- Ability to adapt strategies, build plans, and thrive in ambiguous environments with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Functional knowledge of Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, customer bid requirements, and proposal submissions
- Skilled at simplifying complex material and communicating in a concise, executive-ready, and customer-relevant way
