Position Summary

The B2B HCP Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting in the strategy, planning, execution and day-to-day management of omnichannel digital marketing programs dedicated to reaching healthcare professionals (HCPs).

RESPONSIBILITIES:    
HCP Digital Marketing Management
• Support Senior Digital Manager with strategy and planning of omnichannel digital marketing programs for key Nestlé Health Science brands
• Manage HCP-facing digital content, ensuring content is consistent and up-to-date across brands
• Lead collaborative relationships with key cross-functional partners, including brand marketing, analytics, IT, and medical affairs
• Budget lead for HCP Digital Marketing, including management of POs and project budgets    

Email Marketing/CRM Planning & Management
• Own the HCP CRM/email calendar and timeline for all NHSc brands
• Lead Marketing and Medical Affairs teams in development of content for HCP emails, ensuring that quality content is delivered according to the email calendar timeline
• Manage briefing process for CRM lead to develop emails, and review all emails prior to deployment
• Analyze email performance to identify trends, best practices, lessons learned. Report learnings back to Marketing and Medical Affairs team to ensure continuous improvement    

Media Planning & Execution
• Support Senior Digital Manager with the execution of targeted media programs to increase digital awareness of our brands and engagement among healthcare professionals
• Lead engagement with HCP media vendors, including creative briefing and media placement with vendors (professional associations, influential academies, 3rd party vendors, etc.)
• Lead measurement of all media programs, in collaboration with Analytics & Insights team    

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Business or Marketing)
• Experience in direct-to-HCP digital marketing strongly preferred (relevant experience with pharma/medical brands may be considered)
• 4+ years of digital marketing experience including media strategy, CRM/email, and websites
• Strong detail orientation to manage multiple workstreams at once across a large portfolio of products
• Strong analytical skills to extract insights from digital marketing programs and make recommendations for improvement or scaling projects to other brands within the portfolio
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams, both internally and externally
