Job Summary and Mission 

The Senior Analyst, Strategic Revenue Management is a highly cross‑functional, analytically rigorous role that leads pricing and promotional workstreams directly influencing Coffee & Beverage profitability. This role partners closely with Sales, Category, Finance, and Brand teams to develop, implement, and track pricing strategies—including list price increases, elasticity assessment, and promotional effectiveness—while delivering executive-ready insights. Key responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to: 

  • Lead end‑to‑end pricing initiatives, including list price increases, scenario modeling, and post‑pricing performance tracking. 

  • Assess pricing and promotional effectiveness through elasticity, velocity, share, and competitive diagnostics, proactively identifying risks and opportunities. 

  • Translate complex analyses into clear, executive‑ready recommendations and pricing proposals, considering cross‑functional and enterprise impacts. 

  • Partner closely with Sales, Category, and Finance teams to drive consumer‑based pricing and trade strategies that support long‑term profitable growth. 

  • Monitor market, competitor, and brand trends to inform ongoing pricing and promotional decisions and improve execution quality. 

  • Present and facilitate pricing recommendations with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership through pricing reviews. 

Basic Qualifications 

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree required. Bachelor’s in mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related discipline preferred 

  • At least 4+ years progressive responsibility in pricing, sales finance, category management or similar function. 

  • Experience with data modeling and syndicated data preferred. 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 

  • Ability to develop pricing strategies that enhance brand value and align with overall business strategy. 

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights. 

  • Proven ability to convert analysis into practical solutions and scalable processes. 

  • Results‑oriented, with the ability to lead projects through timely completion. 

  • Experience leveraging IRI, PTA, and TVD tools to analyze category trends, historical activity, and industry pricing to inform pricing and promotional recommendations. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort explaining complex pricing concepts across the organization. 

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; basic SQL and data visualization tools preferred. 

 

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $105,000 to $120,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
