Nestle Coffee Partners Solutions Lab is a strategic division within the Nestlé USA organization that brings a portfolio of brands including Starbucks Coffee, Seattle’s Best Coffee and Teavana, to where our customers live, work, and play.  We use this collection of products and brands to curate experiences for our customers. Nestle Coffee Partners Solutions Lab (NCPSL) is looking to welcome an E-Commerce Website Development Specialist with experience building web experiences to assist NCPSL with our digital content initiatives and customer engagement on our customer portal.  This role reports to the Digital Product Manager and works closely with Brand Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Marketing Operations & Training to deliver content and user experiences that support marketing campaigns and promotions as well as day-to-day e-commerce. 

Responsibilities:

  • The E-Commerce Website Development Specialist is responsible for contributing to digital marketing initiatives by building and maintaining content in the content management system and assisting with e-commerce product merchandizing and daily maintenance:
    • Build new content or update existing content within the CMS (HTML, CSS, JS) to support content strategy and marketing initiatives
    • Work with stakeholders to ensure all digital content is up-to-date, relevant, compliant with brand, meets accessibility standards, and is delivered on schedule
    • Support A/B testing as driven by the Digital Product Manager and Digital Marketing Analyst
    • Perform maintenance and testing for the e-commerce site, including QA across browsers and devices
    • Assist with merchandizing of product SKUs, management of suggestive selling tools, and eCommerce automation tools
    • Act as eCommerce SME and provide eCommerce platform support to internal stakeholders
    • Document processes and help define internal best practices
    • Contribute to a growing team, ways of working and knowledge sharing across teams and systems

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years as a front-end developer required
  • 2-4+ years’ experience in e-commerce platforms and content management systems required (experience with Adobe Commerce/Magento preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Adobe Photoshop and SEO experience a plus
  • Experience in e-merchandising, A/B testing, & personalization preferred
