We are looking for a Regional I&R Project Lead to  lead and coordinate I&R project activities and team members, from the ideation until launch, meeting all project management criteria (on time, on budget).  Specialised in the Manufaturing of Infants Cereals product category, the Project Lead also provides medium level complexity technical support on standard implementation and manufacturing optimization, with the help of the Manufacturing Expert.

A day in the life of Regional I&R Project Lead

• Lead implementation of high complexity Zone innovation & renovation projects, coordinating the MRM activities and other project members
• Coordinate the approval and validation of the recipes with the support from CTAG MRM Specialist
• Coordinates industrial trials with the factory Application Group
• Coordinates project resources
• Management of scope change
• Leads communication between project stakeholders
• Support factories on implementing new technologies
• Provide guidance to the CAPEX project lead to ensure achievement of Zone Total Delivery Cost
• Supports on defining the Sourcing and the Manufacturing Footprint strategy of the Zone
• Support cost savings projects in the Zone related to Process/ Ingredients/ Recipes Optimization
• Supports the Standard implementation when requested by the factories
• Supports compliance by Manufacture (corrective actions and monitoring plans)
• Supports factories on medium complexity Technical Assistance requests
• Perform product and process competency building for Factory AGs and factory specialists.
• Contribute actively to the product and process specialist network in the category
• Develop other CTAG members

What will make you successful

• Min 5 years of experience in the supported product category
• Experience working in projects involving different factories/ markets in the supported product category
• End to End process knowledge for Infant Cereals
• Proven knowledge of the different existing Technologies & Products for Infant Cereals
• Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams and coordinating people (with or without direct reports) for high complexity projects
• Proven capability of developing, coaching & leading people
• Experience participating in at least two I&R projects
• Experience on CAPEX projects
• Passionate about the supported product category
• Committed to ensure an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situations, in relation to people, products and the environment.
• Adapted communication to all levels of management and experts
• Excellent networking abilities.
• Continuous improvement through standardization mindset
• Ability to work in / lead teams as well as work alone
