Position Snapshot

Formulate and implement channel strategy based on a in-depth understanding of Moden Trade (MT), Mama Baby Store (MBS) channel, take full responsibility of national key account management, lead the KA team to continuously improve efficiency and productivity so as to achieve customer development target in responsible channel.

Position Summary

NKA Head for Wyeth Nutrition, reporting to Head of Sales

A day in the life of...

Based on the insights of IF industry and markets, formulate channel strategy, work out annually/quarterly/monthly operation plan and engage team to achieve annual/quarterly/monthly revenue(push-in) target timely

Explore and create viable business model to develp MT & MBS channel, establish and optimize related standard operation process

Establish strategic partnership with national level kay accounts, negotiate and achieve cooperation agreement, and responsible for relationship management with the senior management team of these KA

According to the comprehensive business understanding of both Wyeth and key accounts, establish the standard process and cooperation approaches so as to maintain the effective cooperation with KA in regional markets

Monitor the decomposition of customer development targets to NKA stores, design marketing plan for NKA to promote products, assess the efficiency of current working procedure, so as to maximize the business results

Responsible for the channel finance management and debate fund management, including AR management, fee approval, etc

Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies including Nestle/local Trade policy, local trade terms, safety and local regulations           

Lead and cultivate team capabilities, including performance management, training and coach, etc. and take charge of the rountine management of customer development team

What will make you successful

1) More than 10 years in FMCG industry and regional management experiences
2) At least 8 years experience in KA working experience, and E-commerce management experience is a plus
3) Marketing experience is a plus    
4) Successful managerial experience of leading a team to achieve brilliant performance                         
5) Proven ability to establish business partnerships and alliances by finding common interests and mutually beneficial grounds for coming together
6) Proven ability to work effectively with senior management
7) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and the ability to multi-task                               
8) Possess excellent presentation and communication skills
