Position Summary

A day in the life of...

Independently manage NHS CBEC demand and supply planning for over 130 products from US and European suppliers

Capable to optimize demand and supply planning process and improve forecast accuracy

Capable to coach and deliver demand and supply planning knowledge to DSP executive or planners

Independently and efficiently trouble shooting and manage crisis

Capable to work out sell in plan. Work with commerical and finance team to make sure sales order placed on time to ensure DF landing. Closely follow up order process and timely solve problems during the whole process

Independently lead NPD project for more than 30 products to launch in 2022; independently assign the tasks to different functions; closely follow up; efficiently problems shooting to ensure on-time launch

Independently organize and lead MSR by inviting cross-funtion teams. Work out agenda. Remind different teams to prepare slides and consolidate all the slides to present at the MSR. Capable to independently preparing 12 months supply projection for key products, pre-alert of ageing stocks or OOS and other related topics

Capable to support EC QBR and MFR

What will make you successful

Key Experiences: What experiences are key to success in this job?
• University degree or above. • 3-5 years' experience in Supply Chain • Proficiency in language of Chinese and English • Strong communication skills and great attention to detail • Be initiative and take responsibility • Good Command of MS Excel, Powerpoint
