Senior Brand Manager

BU: Nestle Health Science - Consumer Care

Report to: Head of Marketing Consumer Care

Subordinates: Yes

Location: Shanghai

Position Summary

As a Brand and Portfolio owner, develop brand strategy, compelling product portfolio and RTM solution for GH, MH and HA Categories.

 

A day in the life of...

1) Brand Building, Assets Building and Category Education
• Brand strategy and brand management (TA, segmentation, position, product portfolio, price, RTM etc)
• Brand Campaign, PR events, advertising, media and sponsor
• Online and offline product and brand materials, like front-page design, KV, brand video, wechat and weibo
• Category education include Popular Science Education, sponsor, PR, activities and media
• Track and evaluate brand and competitors performance, market share and growth rate

 

2) Portfolio Management and Support Innovation
• Product strategy, position, selecting, price for Gut Health, Metabolic Health and Health Ageing categories.
• Support product innovation
• Close communication with HQ and EC team

 

3) Functional Team cooperation
• Work with EC teams to provide support to execute strong functionally aligned plans.
• Work closely with Global Category team for more resource support.
• Manage other key stakeholder relationships.

What will make you successful

• Minimum 6 years experience in Nutrition or OTC industries.
• Minimum 3 years experience in CBEC brand building or trade marketing.
• Minimum 3 years experience with HCPs and related working experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree and above, with nutrition background.
• Excellent communications / negotiation / influencing skills 
• Business acumen and strong analytical skills
• Strong personal drive and teamwork mindset 
• Innovation spirit and can work under pressure
• Proficient in oral and written communication (English) a must
