Job Responsibilities
Position Summary

1. Brand Growth Strategy: Propose business growth strategy for illuma,  manage and control the implementation of the marketing strategy to ensure new user recruitment and business growth in e-commerce channels.

2. Annual Plan & Activity Calendar: Formulate annual communication plan & activation calendar. Closely work with sales team, TP and tmk to Track and Real-time Optimize the brand activities with change agile.

3. Brand Equity Building: Determine marketing mix onsite and outsite and develop brand related content, to ensure a desirable healthy brand image and competitive brand social/content SOV.

4. Budgeting: Plan and prepare annual brand budget and allocation, monitor and control the budget to ensure cost effective and efficiency.

5. People: Responsible for developing employees’ capability on business and brand fundamentals, coach and lead them to accomplish the target through effective communication.

What Will Make You Successful?

1) 5-7 years of relevant experience in F&B, Infant, Nutrition, Personal & beauty Care are preferred.
2) Strong Experience in consumer engagement within Marketing function.
3) Hard working and Strong Will.
4) Have interest on business logic understanding and exploring.
