岗位概要

Perform various sales project issued by the company, including distributor, Sub-D, retailers,three Party recruitment management personnel. Formulate the provincial sales strategy.  Improve sales productivity and in call compliance through more strategic operational solution; Ensure sales team compliance and including but not limited to wholesale market infiltration management with clear indication and guidance under the government policy; Improve city coverage by establishing the distributor classification and network strategy.

工作覆盖范围

1. Formulate route-to-market and sales strategy
2. Design and track SOPs / KPI ranking
3. Monitor and optimize routine sales operations, such as coverage, distribution, store visit, in-store execution, etc.
4. Manage daily store visits of the sales team through route planning (SRP) and visit supervision (SFA) systems
5. Perform sales projects initiated by Head Office and/or East Region, regarding the sales team, distributors, sub-distributors, retailers, third-party labor agency and system vendors
