岗位概要

Develop and implement the segment strategy and drive Nespresso's business results and brand image in the segment through field sales management.
Continuously seeking and executing opportunities to further grow the base of costumers (and consumers) of the segment.

工作覆盖范围

1. Execute the channel strategy
• Develop and execute the channel strategy for the segment, whilst leveraging data and recommendations provided by the marketing Consumer Experience and Data & Insights team
• Share channel insights with marketing
• Drive omnichannel sales for the segment whilst delivering a best-in-class consumer experience (in line with consumer experience strategy)
• Build the appropriate sales structure and manage the sales force accordingly
• Drive brand visibility (in line with consumer experience strategy)

2. Seek and execute opportunities to further grow the base of customers and consumers
• Manage and activate the existing customer base in the segment
• Understand the end-consumer and customer needs in the segment and identify growth opportunities
• Take advantage of opportunities to expand customer base for the segment

3. Management Team Responsibilities
• Drive the organisation's business results by making tactical and operational decisions by building the department in a sustainable way
• Define and drive the right iniatives to achieve business results
• Support the Director in making optimal investments and decisions in the OP process for both CAPEX and OPEX
• Manage and monitor the budget within the subdepartment
• Drive improvements and efficiencies in the organisation by collaborating with other departments

4. People & Performance Management
• Attract and retain talent, develop the personal effectiveness of employees by regular coaching and implementation of learning activities
• Build a strong team where teammembers collaborate effectively and understand their shared goals and purpose
• Set individual performance goals that provide a clear line of sight to organizational priorities and monitor progress towards achievement of goals by use of the PDP methodology
• Lead by example in terms of NLF behaviors and safety leadership
• Build the Nespresso culture by promoting and supporting a happy, healthy and safe working environment that encourages teamwork, ambition and a high level of professionalism

使您成功的要素

• University degree in Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Economics or equivalent
• Experience in a similar position of at least 5 years in B2B (direct sales) environment
• Minimum of 3 years Sales Management experience, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results
• Has consistently demonstrated success in a number of challenging and diverse sales roles.
• Successful track record of managing and developing people with proven leadership ability to drive and motivate sales team
