As a Brand and Portfolio owner, to help deliver the next phase of growth for our leading weight management and gut health brands through brand strategy development, appealing consumer activations, and smooth marketing activities execution.
工作覆盖范围
Own development and execution of brand marketing plans
• Develop and apply brand position, essence, vision and manifesto to build clear brand image in market
• Work independently on product story development and annual market plan
• Track and evaluate brand and competitors performance on market share, new product launch and innovation
Flawless Execution of action plans with Innovation
• Lead in pipeline strategy development
• Fast push forward on new launches from global portfolio to fulfill local consumers' needs
• Implementation of Innovation & Renovation MKT Action Plan
Functional Team cooperation
• Work with CD teams in the development of channel-specific marketing or growth opportunities that deliver quality exectuion, leverage in-market learning and meet business objectives.
• Lead in marketing budget management with finance regarding budget tracking, spend reconciliation, and timely vendor payment
• Good communication with functional teams such as sales team, RA, MA,GA and compliance etc.
• Work with scientific marketing and medical teams to drive external health professionals communication for brand/product advocacy
使您成功的要素
• Minimum 5 years experience in consumer marketing in Nutrition or FMCG.
• Minimum 3 years experience in E-commerce marketing, or digital marketing, or in charge of E-commerce marketing as a key field within consumer marketing.
• Design ability will be a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree and above, preferably in Nutrition or related fields.
• Excellent communications / negotiation / influencing skills
• Business acumen and strong analytical skills
• Strong personal drive and teamwork mindset
• Innovation spirit and can work under pressure
• Proficient in oral and written communication (English) a must
