Reporting to Head of Retail Sales, Nestle Health Science

Location: Shanghai

岗位概要

Reponsible for mamaing and developing NHS business in targeted key accounts assigned by line mamager, strengthen business managerment of NKAs which  are in FMCG BBS & Pharmcy Channel. Ensure achieving anunual target thorugh good business strategy plan and execution. Maintain good business relationship with NKAs and win in these accounts, grow market share. Recuriting, coaching and motivating team, build a strong KA team,build customer management capabilty model for NHS. Enhance effectiveness of PFME and TP through good budget planning and management. 

工作覆盖范围

Achieve sales target, grow market share in responsible key accounts

Budget control, contract negotiation & team management

Explore new key accounts in MBS & Pharm channels

使您成功的要素

1. Famliar with the sales managenet of FMCG, BBS & Drug stores
2. At least 8 years KA mamagement experience in both FMCG & BBS sales channel. At least 5 years team management experience
3. Resultes Oriented, hard-working.
