Position Summary

To take ownership for attracting top leadership talents to GC talent pools and build and maintain the talent pipelines, working closely and effectively with Nestlé TA Head and Recruitment Marketing (Employer Branding) counterparts, and collaborate globally across the Talent Sourcing expert’s network. Being a trusted advisor to Nestlé with the Market TA Head and Talent Head.

What will make you successful

• At least 8 years’ experience in Leadership Sourcing or Talent Mapping, preferably with FMCG/Pharma focus
• Professional in networking with senior talents in the market
• Experience of interpreting data to make it usable and relevant
• Experience of influencing and persuading
• Understanding of the market and business is critical
• Fluency in English / Professional working proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese
