Position:Regional Sales Operation Manager
Location:Shanghai
Report to:Region Sales Manager
Main Purpose: Identifies in one sentence the highest level contribution to the business.
To lead and develop the Category and Channel agenda within the market to deliver long term Category growth and profitably increase market share.
A day in the life of...
1.Follow up the 3rd party TSR for better ROI and service quality
2.Define the Trade Operation Excellence strategy for Region based on the current commercial enviornment
3.Develop a city coverage / active coverage / direct coverage & operation excellence prioritization framework to identify where we could cover effectively
4.Solve all the supply issues from sales perspectives, esspecially to keep enough supply and its balance in channel.
5.Improve distributor management continiously especially focusing on sellin/sellout/stock.
6.Follow the reconciliation SOP and status, and controll distributor dispute.
7.Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies
What will make you successful
1. 5 years multi-national FMCG companies' sales and trade marketing experince;
2. Good command of spoken and written english and chinese;
3. Advanced in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT and Access; Good english speaking ,reading and writing;
4. Good communication skills and a consistent positive attitude.
