岗位概要

Coordinate and manage the recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely staffing in line with business needs. Help develop & execute the Employment Value Proposition (EVP)/Employment Brand to the target candidates; to research, identify and implement strategic sourcing tools and techniques  and including identification of opportunities for improvement in the current sourcing processes and development of strategic programming/relationships to increase hiring efficiencies and quality of candidate pool

1. Coordinate and manage the recruitment whole process in order to ensure a timely staffing in line with business needs. Including talent acquisition, sourcing and screening , interviews and coordinate, offer application and issue, on boarding process Apply competency based interviewing & assessment/specific cases if needed.

2. Research strategic sourcing tools and sourcing channels to drive awareness and quality of hire; develop a specific market plan based on the talent needs of the market, succession planning; further develop the localization recruiting sourcing plan to drive awareness and increase quality applicants for intern and trainee programs.

3. Nespresso Employer branding, and roll out Nespresso Career Website, Function as external talent market expert with up-to-date information on key market trends and recruitment-related/talent-related analytics; conduct competitive intelligence by reviewing competitors' employer branding strategies and determining availability of specific talent profiles ("hot jobs") Disseminate knowledge to HR team and Line managers on Sourcing strategies and Employer Branding.

4. Manage relationships and performance of external recruitment vendors and employment branding vendors: contract, vendor creation, payment.

5. Identify and develop new channels for talent sourcing and lead generation; drive sourcing activities to enhance diversity and gender balance; operationally work with key stakeholders to focus on identification and qualification of key talent vs critical roles/skills gap (talent pipelining).

6. Recruitment administration and reporting: Maintain data bank of applicants for various positions, Generate recruitment/onboarding related reports, monthly Staffing report.

7. Proactively partner with HR BP team to ensure that hiring requests or offer proposals are in line with current policies or special approvals shall be needed. HR/TA process Optimization projects if needed Qualifications (Training, Education & Prior Experience).

8. General Staffing related routine work with a good service level including 3rd party employees and assistant to other HR function or project such as training, employee engagement activities, budgeting.

使您成功的要素

1. Bachelor and above, psychology, HR, business administration or other related field is preferred.

2. Minimum 3 years' solid working experience with at least 2 years in an employer Branding or recruitment marketing function.

3. Demonstrated knowledge of strategic sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, selection techniques and diversity recruiting - Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, problem solving, influence and interpersonal skill.

4. Exposure to marketing communications, brand management, HR/Employee Communications, employee engagement, public relations, new media, multimedia and research is a plus. Good, hands-on experience in dealing with social media (ex. LinkedIn, Wechat, etc ).

5. Sensitivity to cross team collaboration and be good at stakeholder management.

6. Preferred knowledge of the premium retail industryor work within an complexity organization.

7. Fully Bilingual (Chinese+ English) required in certain markets. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
