工作覆盖范围
- Accumulate in-depth understanding of infant nutrition market, channels and customers landscape/dynamics.
- Deep dive into shoppers and consumers through analysis of shopper behavior,market research and internal database.
- Prepare and implement marketing and promotion activity plan in all region / channels, monitor the implementation progress and accountable for the final results
- Support to develop and implement brand strategy and activities to drive sales target and enhance brand image
- Plan & evaluate sales/activities/promotion performance
- Innovate in new technology/digital/ tools to explore consumer activation and membership interaction plan.
- Control all related expenses within/in line with budget

Key Experiences:
- 5 years+ customer development experience in FMCG industry, Infant Nutrition industry experience is highly preferred
- At least 3 years expereince in trade marketing
- Proven experience in regional customer development management and business development
- Good analytical and problem solving skill
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energetic environment
- Quick adapation skills, and can work under high pressure
Internal Nestle Experiences:
- 5+ years experience in CCSD or KA management with proven track record and with good business acumen, preferably in Nutrition or Dairy.
- Candidate should ideally have experience in multiple commercial role (including sales experience)
