Main Purpose of Job:

 

The eCommerce Operations specialist is responsible for the continuous optimization of the B2C and OOH eBoutiques' operations to deliver upon sales and customer satisfaction targets.
He/She is responsible of the delivery in time and quality of the entire eCommerce projects' portfolio, from new features and services deplyoment to global and local campaigns definition and planning, and does so by managing the project execution in collaboration with the eCommerce Merchandising coordinators but as well by establishing / ensuring efficient ways of working with all the different market's functions and channels (CRC / Trade / F&C / SC / Marketing / CRM / etc). 
The eCommerce Operations specialist  is responsible to collaborate with key cross-functional partners and organize internal resources such as Media,product knowledge, training and etc for daily operation and omni-channel initiatives.
 

Develop Digital Channels performance:

- Monitor the channel performance progress vs targets, with strong focus on sales performance, behavioral funnel analysis and customer satisfaction and for designing optimization recommendation built by leveraging key insights produced by the eCommerce Analytics Specialist

- Work cross-functionally with experience designers, CRM, communications, legal, and business development on a rapid and iterative product development to seize new commercial opportunities 

- Manage bottlenecks, resolve escalations, anticipate and make project & resource trade-offs, balance the business needs against technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building greater customer experiences.

 

Concur to the overall eBusiness objective of providing best-in-class digital customer experience:

- Monitor the yearly plan execution in cooperation with local  teams including campaigns integration, new features implementation and platform roll-out
- Participate in the roll-out of new personalized user experience in cooperation with CRM and eBusiness team.
- Share best practise, monitor local competitive solutions and participate in the definition of tomorrow’s next generations of eCommerce solutions.
- Monitor local eCommerce market's standards and innovations to ensure our eCommerce Channel is at or exceeds the best customer experiences. 
- Build recommendations / business case studies to feedback and influence the HQ eCommerce roadmap evolution. 
 

'Own the Day-to-day running of content and livestreaming:
- Act as the eCommerce representative in all global and local projects' definition and planning initiatives to ensure the efficacy and consistency of all experiences delivered on digital boutiques.
- Ensure full alignment and effective activity planning with the identified eCommerce stakeholders in all relevant market's teams.
-Act as the project leader of EC live-streaming,work with MCN agency to develop and execute the monthly live-streaming plan with a high quality.
- Coordinate and manage delivery of digital projects, leveraging & supporting external agencies to ensure timely delivery and quality of digital assets while aligning closely with technical & brand guidelines.
-Together with team to analyze Westore performance, and deliver regular report on key competitors tracking, promotion offer analysis, livestreaming investment ROI evaluation and other ad-hoc reports.
 

'Ensure Compliance:
- All activities are pre-aligned, validated and planned with Local & HQ relevant stakeholders
- All content, legal terms & conditions are compliant with local laws and nestle nespresso guidelines
- All technical issues with digital boutiques are logged, monitored, followed and escalated when need be according to nestle nespresso guidelines

 

Key Experiences: 

Education:
• Business degree

Professional experience:
- 2 years’ experience in webmastering / eCommerce platforms management (including mobile).  
- Good knowlege on wechat miniprogram and ecosystem
- Project Management (PM Certification a plus) and strong commercial acumen
- Strong experience in Website running (Content Management, Merchandising,  A/B testing & personalization)  
- Good Knowledge of Web Analytics 
- Understanding of the online acquisition activities and their impact on eCommerce sites.
- Previous CRM experience is a plus

- Proven experience in working and influencing people, teams/functions not in direct reporting line.
- Google Analytics Certification is a plus
