Main purpose of the Position

A focal position to independently and continuously monitor the security situation and advise the management and employees to mitigate security risks to personnel, assets and operations. Engaging with outside government agencies for operations continuity.

Position Summary

The position would be based at one of Nestlé sites in Central Punjab. It’s a multi-stakeholder management role requiring excellent communication/interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders inside & outside the organization.

A day in the life of...

  • To assess the prevailing and emerging security challenges and recommend measures to mitigate the threats. Identify, Prepare and implement security SoPs as per the visualize threat
  • Plan and Conduct security awareness sessions for the employees at all sites within the Zone
  • Ensure identification and selection of Security Champions at all sites, conduct their Security Training and keep them updated on the developing security situations and mitigation strategy. Issue security alerts through SMS / Emails to market management and employees to sensitize them on the prevailing security situation
  • Plan and conduct site risk assessments of site to identify gaps in the security and recommend measures to implement the same through an action plan
  • Establish cordial relationship with various internal/ external stake holders including Army, Rangers, Police, Coast Guards, Frontier Constabulary and

What Will Make You Successful?

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ year industry working experience.
  • Retired Armed Forces Personnel (Major/Lt Col/Col Rank)
  • Good communicator, both orally and written
  • Good interpersonal skills, relationship builder
  • Good organizational and planning skills
