  • Based on the accumulated insights and experience of IF industry and regional markets, formulate regional customer development strategy, work out annually/quarterly/monthly operation plan and engage team to achieve annual/quarterly/monthly revenue(push-in) target timely                                

                        

  • Establish and maintain cooperative and trust relationship with top customers, deal with significant customer complaints, put forwards customer satisfaction improvement solutions                                
  • Responsible for the regional finance management and debate fund management, including AR management, fee approval, etc.                                

                                                                                                                                                                        

  • Lead and cultivate team capabilities, including performance management, training and coach, etc.

1. More than 6 years in business operations, with at least 4 years exposure in marketing or customer development

2. Successful experience in delivering KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results, with successful field customer development function leading record

3. Successful managerial experience of team development                                        

4. Proven ability to build effective relationship with counterparties

5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy enviorment and ability to multi-task
