Based on the insights of IMF industry and markets, formulate client strategy, work out annually/quarterly/monthly operation plan and engage team to achieve annual/quarterly/monthly revenue(push-in) target timely
基于对婴儿营养品行业市场和行业的洞察,结合客户战略,制定公司在所负责渠道的年度/季度/月度运营计划,激励区域执行团队共同达成目标
Establish strategic partnership with national level key accounts, negotiate and achieve cooperation agreement, and responsible for relationship management with the senior management team of these Kas
和大客户达成战略合作伙伴关系,谈判和达成合约,并且负责维护和客户管理层的关系
According to the comprehensive business understanding of both Wyeth and key accounts, establish the standard process and cooperation approaches so as to maintain the effective cooperation with KA in regional markets

Monitor the decomposition of customer development targets to NKA stores, design marketing plan to promote products, assess the efficiency of current working procedure, so as to maximize the business results

Innovate in new technology/digital/ tools/business model to explore sustanable cooperation and growth with KAs

Responsible for the channel finance management and debate fund management, including AR management, fee approval, etc
负责渠道财务管理和资金管理,包括应收账款,费用审核等等
Monitor and control all related expenses within/in line with budget

Lead, motivate and develop subordinates to be strong KA team
领导,激励和发展KA团队成员
What will make you successful
- 10 years+ customer development experience in FMCG industry, Infant/Maternal Nutrition industry experience is highly preferred for some specific mama/baby chains
- At least 8 years proven expereince in KA management
- Equipped with excellent strategic thinking with big picture orientation as well as attention to detail and down-to-earth
- Strong negotiation, analytical and problem solving skill
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energetic environment
- Quick adapation skills, and can work under high pressure
- Strong personal attributes to develop/retain/motivate teams
